BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking conditions:
■ It is not permitted to book for a person aged under 18 years.
■ The person booking in our establishments is responsible for the accuracy of the information introducided at the booking. Any errors within the reservation (for example, in the date, number of people or number of rooms) are of responsibility of the person making the reservation or of the end user of the service, should it be a different person.
■ You must present the card with which you made the reservation, at the hotel
■ The hotel's official schedule:
Check-out time: before 11:00 am Check-in: As from 17:00 pm (however, you could enter in the room earlier subject to room availability)
The customer cannot demand for the room before the official time of check-in if the room is not available. The customer must leave the room at 11.00 amthe latest. Should the client stay beyond this time in the room, this will generate additional accommodation costs. Any extension of the time of departure must be authorized by the reception.
■ The cost of the stay is calculated according to the VAT applicable at the time of sojourn, regardless of the VAT applicable at the time of booking. This means that changes in VAT between the time of booking confirmation and the effective time of the sojourn will involve a difference in the final cost of the reservation.
■ Pets are NOT allowed.
■ If you want to have a crib, you must book it in advance. Price: 4.00 € / day (free for customers in Lago Playa Complex)
■ If you do not have a fridge included in the type of room you have reserved, you can also book it. Price: 5.00 € /day
■ To have your booking confirmed, you have to make a deposit of at least 30% of the total amount of your stay.
■ For the non-refundable fee, you must make the full payment of the stay at the time of booking.
■ If the hotel would not have available the type of room reserved by the client, the hotel will offer to the client another room of the same or higher category on the island (with no extra charge).

This is the simplest accomodation offer within the group, however its rooms are comfortable and are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, safe (to rent), satellite TV (with Spanish, German and Italian channels), fridge, and bathroom with a shower. Its rooms do not have a balcony but a window.
Hostal Lago Playa II is a building attached to Hotel Lago Playa I.
